It's a Snow Day is a charity event to raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of BC. Take a "snow day" at Mt. Seymour the afternoon of Friday March 7th and go skiing, snowboarding, or tubing. Your registration includes lift passes, entry in timed runs, and a reception and silent auction.
Ski/snowboard/tubing events begin at noon with a reception beginning at 5 PM that is open to non-participants.
Entry fees: $100 for ski/snowboard, $350 for team of 4; $60 for tubing; tickets for non-participants to attend the reception and silent auction are $20 each.
Trevor & Toni Ludski present the second annual Music For Life Charity Fundraiser at The Presentation House Theatre in North Vancouver, in support of the Vancouver Prostate Centre.
It will be an evening of fabulous music, featuring performances by well-known and popular Capilano University instructor Rueben Gurr and The Heavy Hitters, with special guests Bill Coon, Heather Pawsley, Karin Plato and a group of emerging Vancouver musicians.
