VPC scientist receives award for fundamental research publication

Yinan Li, a graduate student in Dr Xuesen Dong's lab, has won the Best Scientific Paper on Fundamental Research published in European Urology in 2017 for the paper "SRRM4 Drives Neuroendocrine Transdifferentiation of Prostate Adenocarcinoma Under Androgen Receptor Pathway Inhibition".

This award will be presented at the 2018 EAU Annual Meeting, held this March in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Funds for this study were provided by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Prostate Cancer Canada, The Urology Foundation, The BC Cancer Foundation and Genome Canada.
