Brian Shankaruk

Brian Shankaruk has over 35 years experience in the financial field.  For 20 years prior to joining the Institute, Brian worked in the insurance and financial services industry, focusing on Canadian and US statutory government reporting.  Much of Brian’s work involved systems design and implementation, especially relating to operations management and government regulations.  Brian is a Chartered Professional Accountant, who studied accounting at UBC and received his professional accounting designation in 1990.
